Catching Up...A Post in Phone Pictures

Sorry we've been MIA from the blog-world lately. No excuses. Just laziness. But anyway, somehow our camera is non-functional (perhaps the children who like to carry it about & take pictures have something to do with it?), so here's what we've been up to the past few weeks, according to the pictures on my phone. [Apologies for the poor quality of some of the pictures. My phone isn't fancy.] Also, the pictures & videos are in totally random order. Again, too lazy to organize them. :)

The boys got new sleds for their 4th birthday from Grammie, so we took advantage of a rare snowy day and hit up Huron's only (yes, only) hill for some sledding fun.

The birthday boys, showing off what they picked out for gifts (Transformers & little Pillow Pets) with their birthday money from Uncle Tim & Aunt Heidi & from Uncle Scott & Aunt Doreen. Thanks, everyone!

Lucy, all ready for the boys' Super Hero birthday party (note the backwards bib-slash-cape) - they couldn't decide if her Super Hero name should be Super Spit (you'll see why in a minute) or Super Pooper.

She is all over the place lately - pulling up to stand, crawling, cruising around on furniture. We've got a feeling she'll be our earliest walker.

Grammie came down to visit for the big birthday weekend, and one of the highlights was that each boy got to pick where to have lunch on Friday and who they'd like to come with them. Maguire chose Burger King with Daddy & Lucy, and Alex opted for McDonalds with Mommy & Grammie. (Ellie was at school, for those of you who were afraid she wasn't invited!)

The girls, playing outside.

So, Chris & I have been working out at home lately & the kids LOVE to "work out" using our stuff. Not shockingly, Ellie always ends up as the teacher.

Lucy, showing off her crawling skills.

One of our local grocery stores has little carts for kids to use, so once in awhile I let the boys push their own cart. Whenever this happens, they also want their own grocery list to carry - hey, they take after me (and Grammie!) with the love of lists!

Ellie & I went ice skating over her Christmas break with our friends Molly & Crystal.

And, I give you....Super Spit. This is literally her favorite thing to do & she will happily blow raspberries for 5-10 minutes non-stop.

Finally, the Super Hero Birthday Boys themselves. Can't believe they are 4. Wow.
