"Don't Call Me Dumbo"

We're well on our way to being ready for Halloween at our household. All that really means is that Ellie has a costume, and she actually likes to wear it. As you can see she's going to be an elephant. We're hoping it's below zero on Halloween night though...mostly because the costume is like a massive thermal suit, and she sweats the moment it's on. Here's hopin' for -10F.

When we were at the store picking it out Ellie looked at each costume and said, "Mommy, I want to be a monkey..." and then she would see another costume and say, "Mommy, I want to be a zebra!" We ended up deciding on the elephant, but in the last week all she wants to be is a princess. One can never win...
