Fall Foliage Falling

We've had a couple of wonderful fall days toward the end of October. And yesterday we spent some time soaking up the autumn sun and getting some yard work done.

That's Ellie's shovel in the background. She loves to bring the leaves I've just raked, and throw them all over the yard. But she loves to jump in them too.

We had a great day, but it's sad to know that in

just a few short weeks we'll be making snowmen on this same lawn instead...
