It doesn't matter where we are, or what time of day. It doesn't matter if it's quiet or loud, dark or light, cold or hot. Maguire can fall asleep. If the kid's tired, he just shuts his eyes and zonks out. He doesn't often sleep with his fist on his forehead, but we were fortunate enough to snap a picture of it. It's nice that he just falls asleep whenever he's tired, but it's not so nice when Mom wants him to stay up to eat though. We just wish his brother was easier to get to sleep. And his sister for that matter.
The boys are really starting to notice each other's existence lately too, and it's hilarious. They'll smile and coo at each other. We've yet to get a good picture of them doing so, but we'll definitely post it when it happens. We get lots of pictures of them locking arms, and they like to hit each other in the face a lot too.
Their newest discovery is the Winnie The Pooh mobile on their crib. We didn't have it up until a few days ago when Carrie just thought she'd try it. They were captivated. They both just stared at it going around and around and around. And they were holding hands as you can see.
Here's Ellie's newest purchase: a ballet outfit. Carrie got a bunch of clothes from a friend who has twin girls, and they're little ballerinas. So it was an easy sell to get Ellie to wear it. She loves doing ballerina "tricks" that she says she learned at "gymnastics." She's only been to gymnastics like twice.
This is likely the first of many times their big sister will make them play with Barbies. Alex has a pretty firm grip, which is a little worrisome to his Daddy! But I'll try and get over it.
At least Maguire looks a little freaked out, maybe weirded out...that's a good sign I think!

Oh. My. Gosh. The boys are getting so big, and they are so so cute. I love the picture of Ellie in the Ballet outfit, and Raymond could not stop laughing about the Barbie pictures. Too funny!

The boys are getting so big. I love how close they seem to be and I love the picture of them checking out Winne. That Winnie he'll get you every time. Ellie looking good in pink.
